You are able to register up to 5 phone numbers on your account. These are numbers that the customer expects to make frequent calls from. By registering
these phone numbers, the user avoids the hassle of entering a PIN number when making a long distance call. This feature enables users to easily access the
service from the comfort of their home, office and cellular
What if I need to make a call from a phone that I have not registered?
If a user needs to make a call from a phone number that is not one of the registered phone numbers, they simply login into their accounts, select the
“add number” option, type in the additional number and click “add’, or simply use the pin #. you can also request Global Voice to create a PIN for your account.
How can I put money on my account?
Website: Log into your “customer” account at http://customer.globalvoiceconnect.com , click the “recharge” option, fill out your credit card information as well as the amount
to be added and submit your request.
What are the different type of phone numbers?

Dial our Local Access Numbers
The system will announce your current account balance.
The system will ask for your destination number that you want to call. DO NOT press the SEND or TALK keys after the destination number.
Enter your destination number in the following format:
011+Country Code + Area Code + Local Numbers
For example: To call VietNam, Hochiminh City: 011+84 + 8 + To Call a mobile phone in Vietnam, dial: 84 + 9 + 12345678
The system will announce the maximum minutes you can talk based on the destination numbers that you just entered.
The system will connect the call.
Do I need special equipment?
No, there is no equipment to buy. Our call forwarding service works with your existing phones.
How is the cost of the call calculated?
Rates are calculated in 6 second increments with the exception of Mexico which is one minute increment and Gambia
How to set up my Sofphone app?
You need to download the application first, after you download the app you need to enter your account information using the format bellow:
Global Voice ID: 167<account_id>@TG
Password: service password of the account
For example if you would like to register account with ID 020123, then the cloud ID should be: 167020123@TG
In addition, you can use QR codes to provision the application. You need to log in to the customer/account self-care.

- A toll-free phone number allows customers to call at no charge to them. Instead, the charge for using a toll-free number is paid by the called party. In the US and Canada, a toll-free number begins with the 1-800, 1-866, 1-877, or 1-888 prefix.
- A local phone number is a phone number assigned to a designated geographic area by an area code or city code.
- A national phone number is considered a local call from all cities in a given country, but not geographically assigned to any specific city. The UK, Israel, and France are some of the countries where national phone numbers are available.
